Graham Wilkinson
Director

Founder | Director | RVA NZ President 

Graham Wilkinson began his career in property development and management over 30 years ago, leading successful projects that include timeshare resorts, residential apartments, and land subdivisions.

Over time, he expanded his expertise into hospitality, gaining management interests in several major hotels across New Zealand.​ ​

Building on this experience, Graham pioneered market segmentation within New Zealand’s retirement village sector, identifying a demand for high-end, uncompromised living tailored to discerning baby boomers. His commitment to quality has driven the development of upscale retirement villages in Christchurch, the Bay of Plenty, and Auckland, where he has applied his experience to elevate the design and operation of these communities. ​ ​

Currently, Graham serves as President of the Retirement Villages Association, with continuous involvement on the RVA Executive since 1997. ​ ​

Graham is known for his dynamic energy, sharp intellect, and authenticity—qualities that are deeply reflected in Generus Living’s ethos. A passionate outdoorsman, he finds balance and inspiration in New Zealand’s landscapes, where he regularly hikes, gaining the perspective that fuel his visionary approach to his company.​ ​

Richard Mora
General Manager Development

Richard Mora’s path from studying architecture to General Manager of Development at Generus Living is marked by his unwavering commitment to excellence and precision.

After starting his career in architecture, Richard transitioned into high-value project management roles, where he honed his skills in overseeing complex developments. In 2003, he joined Generus Living, embarking on a pivotal journey that has seen him lead the design and construction of villages across the group.​ ​

Richard’s multi-disciplinary skills—spanning architecture, interior design, and construction management—has made him a central figure in Generus Living’s development projects. With a sharp eye for detail and a methodical approach, Richard ensures that every element of a project, from initial design to final delivery, meets the highest standards. His drive for perfection is evident across the Generus Living collection, where his high expectations have shaped the distinctive quality and design of Generus Living’s communities.​ ​

Known for his discerning nature and grit, Richard has a talent for driving out the finest details in design, ensuring that every project reflects both innovation and quality. Richard has been pivotal in establishing Generus Living’s reputation for excellence in village development.

Lynne McVicar
General Manager Operations

Lynne McVicar’s career journey spans from her beginnings as a Chartered Accountant to becoming a leader in the hospitality industry for nearly two decades, before transitioning to a leadership role at Generus Living in 2015.

Her path reflects her passion for operational excellence, strategic development, and, above all, a people-first approach to leadership.

After returning to New Zealand in 1993 following international experience, Lynne held the role of Financial Controller with an international hotel. In 1997, she joined Accor Hotels and was appointed General Manager of Hotel St Moritz, establishing a lasting professional partnership with Graham Wilkinson that would span decades. During her tenure Lynne was involved in the rollout and transition of numerous global brands and was recognised as an industry leader, serving on various governance boards.

Her transition to Generus Living in 2015 marked a new chapter, allowing Lynne to channel her hospitality background into lifestyle operations and aged care. In this phase of Generus' growth, Lynne took on the task of shaping the company's operational framework, integrating governance, culture, and excellence. Whilst her skills span people management, hospitality, product and brand development, her true strength lies in her steadfast commitment to fostering a people-first culture across the organisation.

Grant Anderson
Chief Financial Officer ​

​Grant Anderson’s journey from a career with PwC to becoming Chief Financial Officer at Generus Living over two decades ago is a testament to his deep expertise in finance and governance.

Recognised early on for his talent in tax strategy and accounting, Grant was invited to join one of his favorite clients—a decision that would shape the next 20+ years of his career. ​​

At Generus Living, Grant leads a team of highly skilled Chartered Accountants from the Christchurch office, overseeing the financial health and governance of the group’s retirement villages and various property interests. His approach to finance goes beyond numbers; Grant is known for his ability to untangle complex issues with ease, offering insights that are as precise as they are invaluable. His analytical mind and vast memory make him an instrumental figure in the business interests of Graham Wilkinson and the Generus Living portfolio.​

Whether overseeing routine financial accounting or tackling complex tax matters, Grant’s goal is simple: to ensure the financial sustainability and growth of the organisation while upholding the highest standards of integrity.​ ​

Craig Moss

With over 20 years in the retirement living sector, Craig Moss brings extensive expertise to his role as General Manager of Sales & Marketing at Generus Living.

Since joining in 2014, Craig has been instrumental in driving growth through sales, developing innovative solutions and delivering outstanding service to residents.​ ​

Previously, Craig held senior roles in sales, marketing, and operations at Metlifecare and Lifecare Residences. At Lifecare Residences, he played a pivotal role in launching Remuera Rise—New Zealand’s first true vertical retirement village—setting a new standard for urban retirement living. Craig’s experience spans sales, marketing, legal, and information systems, making him a versatile leader with a comprehensive grasp of business operations. ​ ​

Known for his quiet, unassuming approach, Craig is an important influence behind the scenes. His deep understanding of the sector enables him to connect all facets of the business, providing a steadying force throughout the organisation. His attention to detail and thoughtful decision-making contribute to the success of new projects and the continual refinement of operational processes at Generus Living.
